Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting thorough assessments of clients and developing tailored treatment plans that address emotional and behavioral issues.

• Providing both individual and couple's therapy sessions, guiding them to explore interpersonal dynamics and enhance relationships.
\n
• Specializing in various issues such as, but not limited to, alcohol abuse, grief and loss, family conflicts, communication difficulties, and adjustment challenges related to separation and divorce.

• Facilitating therapeutic interventions for blended families and addressing complex family dynamics.
\n
• Employing evidence-based clinical practices to promote recovery and enhance overall family well-being.
\n
• Maintaining comprehensive documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes in accordance with state regulations and organizational policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will engage with a diverse range of clients, including adult individuals, couples navigating complex relationships, and families experiencing various challenges. The patient population spans across numerous presenting issues such as medical stress, job-related anxiety, and adjustment disorders, requiring a compassionate and individualized approach to care.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following:

• Active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related discipline.

Compensation and Benefits\n
