Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will play a pivotal role in the delivery of high-quality behavioral healthcare. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments of individuals, couples, and families to formulate effective treatment plans.

• Providing therapy sessions that may include working with couples collectively and offering individual sessions as necessary.

• Addressing a wide array of challenges such as grief, marital conflicts, job stress, and blended family dynamics.

• Implementing therapeutic interventions that promote effective communication and conflict resolution among family members.

• Regularly evaluating patient progress and adapting treatment plans to meet evolving needs.

• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your expertise will directly benefit a diverse population, including adults and children/adolescents. You will engage with clients facing various issues, such as:

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must have the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• An active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience providing therapy to individuals and families.
