Regulatory Affairs Specialist

Through its global distribution network, the Company’s products are sold in over 120 countries. The Regulatory Affairs Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting the Regulatory Department by managing the product registration process across global markets. This role involves organizing documentation, tracking registration statuses, and ensuring timely submissions to meet compliance requirements. This position is based in office from Mondays-Thursdays, and remote on Fridays. Key Responsibilities Assist in the product registration process by organizing and facilitating the required documentation. Ensure timely submission of registration documents to clients, ensuring compliance with local and regional regulations. Monitor product availability against registration timelines for new items, prioritizing urgent requests. Track and manage product launch schedules to ensure sufficient lead times for registration processes. Maintain and organize the product registration share drive for easy access and collaboration. Schedule and coordinate weekly meetings with the Regulatory team to review document availability and registration progress, including launch statuses. Provide regular status updates to managers and teams to keep everyone aligned on registration progress. Maintain and update the registration tracker for each client and monitor status to ensure all necessary documents are accounted for. Create and update detailed lists of country- and client-specific registration requirements. Troubleshoot and resolve inquiries and issues related to product registration. Provide updates on registration statuses to the sales team to ensure smooth product launches. Education/Experience Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Science, Health, Engineering, Business, or Legal studies. Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative or support role, related to regulatory affairs, product registration, or compliance. Required Skills Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, while maintaining tight deadlines. Exceptional attention to detail and understanding of compliance standards across global markets. Proactive self-starter with a strategic mindset and ownership of initiatives from planning through execution. Clear, professional verbal and written communication skills tailored to diverse audiences. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
