About the Role
The Company is seeking a Senior Wealth and Trust Management Officer to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing trust accounts, overseeing all trust, non-deposit investments, and insurance activities, and leading business development efforts for the wealth and trust division. This role requires a focus on promoting the company's services in the marketplace, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing exceptional client service. The Senior Wealth and Trust Management Officer will also be involved in department management, including setting and achieving growth plans, managing expenses, and fostering a culture of professional growth and collaboration. Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related discipline, with a CFP, CTFA, and/or CPA designation. A minimum of 15 years of experience in trust management, estate settlement, and wealth and investment management is required, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues. The role demands excellent communication, MS Office proficiency, and the ability to anticipate and address client needs and market trends. The Senior Wealth and Trust Management Officer will also be expected to maintain a high standard of compliance, act as a trusted financial advisor, and actively engage in the community to promote the company's services.
