In this entry-level role, you will act as the direct point of contact for our Haitian Creole-speaking clients, answering questions, resolving issues, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Key Responsibilities

• Customer Communication: Answer inbound calls, respond to emails, and manage live chats in both Haitian Creole and English.
• Problem Solving: Listen actively to customer concerns, diagnose issues, and provide accurate, timely solutions.
• Data Entry: Accurately log customer interactions, updates, and account notes into our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) or ticketing software.
• Translation Support: Translate basic documents, instructions, or FAQs when necessary to assist clients.

Qualifications & Skills

• Language: Fluent, native, or bilingual proficiency in both Haitian Creole and English (spoken and written).
• Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Experience: 0 to 1 year of customer service, retail, hospitality, or administrative experience preferred.
• Tech Skills: Basic computer literacy, familiarity with web browsers, and the ability to navigate phone systems/headsets.
