Collections Specialist Required Education: High school diploma or equivalent Required Qualifications: Experience in Collections Good Written Communication Skills MS Office Self starter Responsibilities: Managing a pipeline of accounts where the client has defaulted on a loan secured by real property Assisting with collecting possession of that collateral in an attempt to recoup the money it has not been paid Communicating with Foreclosure attorneys Updating accounts and preparing bids and moving accounts to repossession
