Work Week: Monday - Friday Job Description and Duties This position is considered "hybrid" with on-site work four days a week at 1416 9th Street and telework one day a week, on average, dependent on operational needs. As a Supervisor I, you will plan, organize, and direct the activities of the Provider and Employer Services Unit. You will be responsible for overseeing staff and workload related to the administration, monitoring, and maintenance of the Eligible Training Provider List (ETPL); supporting functions related to the Employer Help Desk; and operational processes involving password reset support. You will provide direction to staff, review completed work for quality and consistency, resolve operational issues, and elevate complex matters to upper management as appropriate.
