Production Coordinator

This is an exciting opportunity to work behind the scenes with major retailers while gaining hands‑on experience across the full production lifecycle. Location: Chatsworth, CA (ON‑SITE) Qualifications 1–3 years of experience in apparel production, sourcing, or production coordination Knowledge of garment production from development through final delivery Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple deadlines Excellent follow‑through, attention to detail, and a sense of urgency Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Experience with PLM systems (Centric PLM is a plus) Familiarity with labels, packaging approvals, logistics, and production tracking What You’ll Do Coordinate daily production activities for off‑price and club retail programs Manage Purchase Orders, Excel trackers, and production updates Maintain Time & Action calendars to ensure key milestones are met Track labels, packaging, trims, lab dips, TOP samples, and approvals Communicate with overseas factories, vendors, and internal teams Monitor shipping schedules and proactively address delays Assist with logistics coordination and customs documentation Match vendor invoices to POs and submit approved invoices to Accounting Help ensure retailer compliance requirements are met Maintain accurate records within PLM systems and spreadsheets Benefits Health, Dental & Vision Insurance | 401(k) Match | PTO | Life Insurance Why Work With Us For decades, our client has been creating high‑quality intimate apparel that helps women feel comfortable and confident.
