About the Position

Job Title: Critical Care Float Pool Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: ICU Duration: 15 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 2 years of ICU experience License: Valid RN license required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS Must-Have: Proficiency with EPIC, IV start, telemetry, and ventilator management experience Description: Join our Critical Care Float Pool for night shifts with flexibility to meet unit needs as they arise. Nurses will float to a variety of ICUs based on staffing and patient acuity. Nurses are required to float within units of equivalent or lower acuity. BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications are required. Proficiency with the EPIC system is necessary. Previous travel nursing experience is strongly preferred. Experience with IV starts, telemetry, and ventilator management is essential. Candidates must be able to meet the urgent credentialing requirements, including fingerprinting. Two professional references are required, with at least one from a manager or supervisor. Candidates must have a valid compact or state license in hand at the time of application. Education must be from an accredited program.
