Director of Client Services

Role Description The Director of Client Services is a full-time, hybrid role based in Greenville, SC, with flexibility for some work from home. This role oversees client relationships, ensuring high-quality service delivery and alignment between client objectives and Paris Mountain Marketing’s strategic and creative work. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading client onboarding and discovery, managing account performance, coordinating with creative and strategy teams, and anticipating client needs. The Director of Client Services will monitor satisfaction, resolve issues, provide guidance on marketing initiatives, and report on results and insights. This role also contributes to process improvements, supports business development efforts, and mentors team members to uphold consistent, client-centered service. Qualifications Demonstrated strength in Client Services and Customer Service, with a focus on building long-term, trust-based relationships. Proven Analytical Skills and experience using data and insights to improve Customer Satisfaction and inform client recommendations. Background in Team Management, including coaching, resource planning, and cross-functional collaboration both internally and externally with agency partners. Experience working in or with marketing, advertising, or creative agencies, with an understanding of brand, content, and digital channels. Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into clear action plans. Extensive design and copywriting experience with a focus on performance marketing. Organizational and project management skills, including managing multiple accounts, deadlines, and priorities. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience preferred.
