We take a lot of pride in our team and the value we provide to our clients.Who We Are Looking ForWe are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Customer Concierge Lead for our salon. Your focus will be on providing an excellent customer experience to all of our guests, selling memberships (which save our guests so much money!) and cultivating a positive work environment. You will be highly focused on membership sales, retail sales, calling leads, following up with recent guests for feedback/ rebooking and keeping our schedule optimized.
