A growing organization is seeking an experienced Call Center Manager to lead a high-volume customer service operation supporting healthcare-related programs and services. This leadership role is responsible for driving operational excellence, developing high-performing teams, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

What You'll Do

Lead daily operations of a high-volume contact center

Manage, coach, and develop supervisors and customer service teams

Drive performance across key metrics including:

• Service Levels
  
• Quality Assurance
  
• Productivity
  
• Customer Satisfaction
  
• Workforce Performance
  

Analyze operational data and KPIs to identify trends and improvement opportunities

Partner cross-functionally to implement process improvements and business initiatives

Ensure compliance with organizational policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements

Foster a collaborative, customer-focused culture that promotes engagement and accountability
What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of leadership experience managing supervisors or teams within a high-volume call center or customer contact center environment
  
• Proven success leading operational performance and service delivery
  
• Strong coaching, employee development, and performance management skills
  
• Experience with contact center technology, CRM platforms, workforce management systems, and Microsoft Office
  
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership capabilities
  
• Healthcare, health plan, managed care, insurance, government services, or regulated industry experience strongly preferred
