Cyberark Security Administrator
We are seeking a CyberArk Security Administrator to join our Identity and Access Management (IAM) team. This individual will be responsible for the administration, maintenance, and enhancement of the organization's Privileged Access Management (PAM) environment, with a primary focus on CyberArk. The CyberArk Security Administrator will work closely with Infrastructure, Application Development, and Security teams to ensure privileged accounts, systems, and access controls are managed securely and efficiently. This role is ideal for a mid-level cybersecurity professional who has hands-on experience with CyberArk and privileged access management, along with a strong understanding of security best practices, infrastructure support, and access governance. The position will support approximately 20 on-premise servers while helping the organization expand PAM capabilities into cloud and modern application environments.
Responsibilities include administering and supporting the CyberArk Privileged Access Management (PAM) platform, managing privileged accounts, password vaulting, session monitoring, and access controls, maintaining and securing approximately 20 on-premise servers within the CyberArk environment, performing regular platform maintenance, upgrades, patching, and security remediation activities, partnering with Application Development teams to provision and manage access to Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) environments through CyberArk, troubleshooting access management issues and supporting privileged account onboarding efforts, implementing and maintaining security policies, controls, and procedures related to privileged access, assisting in audits, compliance reviews, and security assessments involving privileged accounts, collaborating with IAM team members and technical security SMEs to enhance overall security posture, supporting ongoing efforts to modernize PAM capabilities, including cloud-based and containerized environments, and documenting processes, procedures, and technical configurations.
