We only accept applications for open positions and do not accept general inquiries.Our client is seeking a Legal Administrative Assistant for its Miami office.QualificationsAt least five years of experience in business transactions and tax and probateBilingual English/Spanish required (proficiency in French is a plus)Demonstrated professionalism, confidentiality, flexibility, and strong organizational skillsProactive work styleAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and electronic document-management systems (Filesite experience preferred)Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare, proofread, and revise documents for attorneysSchedule travel and appointments; maintain calendarsMaintain files and recordsSubmit new-business/matter-opening paperwork and conflict requestsEnter time and assist with client billingProvide support to other assistants and attorneys as neededActual salaries will vary depending on factors such as experience and skill set; the listed range is only one component of our client's total compensation package.
