As a Personal Assistant, you will serve as a crucial point of contact between our executives and various internal and external parties. Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain executives' schedules, including appointments and travel arrangements. Act as a point of contact between executives, employees, and external stakeholders. Handle correspondence, communications, and documentation on behalf of executives. Prepare meeting agendas, take notes, and follow up on action items post-meeting. Conduct research and compile information for reports, presentations, and projects. Organize events, conferences, and team-building activities as required. Qualifications Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other productivity tools. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Strong problem-solving skills and resourcefulness in finding solutions.
