About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President of Operations to take on a pivotal, hands-on leadership role within its manufacturing sector. The successful candidate will be the senior operational leader, responsible for translating corporate strategy into actionable plans across various functions, and will be expected to build and sustain a culture of safety, quality, and lean execution. Key duties include improving operational efficiency, aligning demand planning with procurement and logistics, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring on-time, in-full delivery of high-quality products. The role also involves recruiting, mentoring, and developing operational leaders, as well as fostering a transparent, family-first culture and fast-moving decision-making environment. Applicants must have a minimum of ten years' manufacturing operations leadership experience, with a significant portion in senior roles, and a proven track record in multi-site operations. A hands-on, floor-engaged leadership style is essential, as is a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Preferred qualifications include an MBA, experience in consumer packaged goods manufacturing, and knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards. The ideal candidate will be adept at driving operational excellence, managing P&L impact, and possess strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
