The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of data centre projects, from inception to completion, while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. Responsibilities Oversee and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of data centre construction and infrastructure projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, procurement, and operations, to ensure project objectives are met. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery. Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to address challenges proactively. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and company policies throughout the project lifecycle. Coordinate with external contractors, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals and deliverables. Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and stakeholders. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery processes and outcomes. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Proven experience in project management, preferably within the data centre or construction industry. Strong understanding of data centre infrastructure, including power, cooling, and networking systems. Proficiency in project management tools and software. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure. Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus. Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental regulations in construction projects. Day-to-Day Coordinate daily project activities and ensure alignment with overall project plans. Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any on-site issues. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and collaboration. Track project milestones and deliverables, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. Review and approve project documentation, including contracts, drawings, and reports. Facilitate regular project meetings to discuss updates, challenges, and next steps.
