SUMMARY Under general supervision, provide clerical assistance in various areas as needed.

LANGUAGE SKILLS Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Quality System:
- Maintains data files according to prescribed standards.
- Observe and comply with all company policies and regulations including safety, housekeeping, confidentiality of information and quality of work with support of ISO procedures and standards.
- Utilize individually and/or further the use of total quality concepts, tools, and techniques to support continuous quality improvement in all processes in which the position participates with a positive "Can Do" attitude.
- Organizes and maintains file system and files correspondence and other records.
- Make copies of correspondence or other printed materials.
- Prepare outgoing mail and correspondence including email.
- Operates computers, scanners, calculators, and usual office equipment.
- Assists in receptionist duties and/or clerical duties.
- Perform other duties as requested or necessary to meet business conditions and changes.
- Conducts research, compiles and prepares reports, drawings, work order, or paperwork that is required to complete assignment.
- To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
- Requires written and verbal presentation skills and the ability to multi-task and interface with personnel and customers at various levels of the organization.
