Bilingual HR Coordinator / HR Representative

Position Overview

Our client, a pallet manufacturing company in Pixley, is seeking a reliable and organized HR Coordinator to serve as the backbone of their daily office and employee support operations. This role is ideal for a proactive “take-charge” professional who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and is eager to support both the office team and the production workforce. You will play a critical role in ensuring smooth communication, maintaining precise employee records, and fostering a positive team culture.

Key Responsibilities

· Employee Onboarding & Lifecycle: Facilitate new hire paperwork and manage the onboarding process to ensure all new employees get started successfully.

· Payroll & Timekeeping Support: Assist with payroll processing and accurate timekeeping to ensure employees are paid correctly and on time.

· Safety & Training Coordination: Schedule and help lead safety meetings and team meetings while coordinating employee training sessions with department supervisors.

· Compliance & Record Keeping: Maintain up-to-date and organized digital and physical employee files, ensuring the company adheres to all workplace rules and safety guidelines.

· Office Operations: Manage daily administrative tasks including answering and directing phone calls, filing, document preparation, and coordinating general office needs.

· Employee Relations: Act as a supportive point of contact to report and help handle employee concerns or conflicts with fairness and professional etiquette.

· Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments and take the initiative to improve office workflows and efficiency.

Qualifications

· Language: Must be fully Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal).

· Software Proficiency: Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word and Excel. QuickBooks experience is also desired.

· Soft Skills: A proactive self-starter with a positive attitude, excellent organizational skills, and a high level of attention to detail.

· Reliability: Proven track record of being punctual and reliable in attendance.

· Adaptability: Ability to multitask and assimilate information quickly while working independently in a manufacturing facility setting.

Work Environment & Details

· Setting: Professional office setting located inside a manufacturing facility, with occasional interaction with employees on the production floor.

· Company Culture: Supportive, team-oriented, and precision-focused.

EXPERIENCE/ EDUCATION:

High School Diploma/GED.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay Rate: Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour (DOE)

Location : Pixley, CA.
