Project Executive

We are partnering with a leading EPC and infrastructure organization to identify an experienced Project Executive to oversee large-scale data center and mission-critical infrastructure programs. This individual will provide executive-level leadership across engineering, procurement, construction, commercial management, client relations, and operational execution. The Project Executive will oversee project teams, drive financial performance, support project pursuits, and ensure successful delivery of complex EPC projects from development through closeout. This position is ideal for a proven leader who has managed large capital programs within data centers, mission-critical facilities, healthcare, semiconductor, utility infrastructure, renewable energy, or other complex EPC environments. Key Responsibilities Provide executive oversight for large-scale EPC and Design-Build projects Lead Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, Construction Managers, and project controls teams Oversee project financial performance, forecasting, risk management, and resource planning Manage key client relationships and serve as an executive point of contact Support project pursuits, proposal development, and strategic growth initiatives Drive safety, quality, schedule, and operational performance across multiple project teams Oversee contract administration, procurement strategies, and commercial execution Mentor and develop project leadership teams Coordinate with executive leadership on business and operational initiatives Required Qualifications 10+ years of progressive construction project leadership experience Experience leading large-scale EPC, Design-Build, mission-critical, or capital infrastructure programs Background in data centers, mission-critical facilities, healthcare, semiconductor, utility infrastructure, renewable energy, or major industrial projects Demonstrated success leading multiple project teams and managing senior project personnel Strong client-facing leadership and executive communication skills Experience overseeing project financial performance, forecasting, contracts, and commercial risk Familiarity with Primavera P6, Procore, and project controls systems preferred Additional Information Competitive compensation package including bonus and equity participation #J-18808-Ljbffr PTS Advance
