Description :
The provider will be travelling to multiple locations
Winchester coverage will occur on Wednesdays.
Hagerstown coverage will take place twice a month, every other Thursday (1st & 3rd Thursday)

• Tuesday - Fri provider will work Regular hours - 4 days, Mondays off 8am 5pm (1hour unpaid lunch).
• Night Call on some days - schedule TBD
• Weekend Call schedule TBD. Call rotation will include serving as primary and backup to the APPs. Please note that when the physician is on call, they only must be available by telephone. The APP will let the provider know if they need to come into the hospital.

Facility is looking for a Full time LOCUM provider who can provide 4 weeks coverage in a month and can assist in call rotation. They will be working 4 days per week.
Do NOT submit candidates who can do 1 or 2 weeks per month.

To clarify
This provider would have Monday's off (or admin day)

• Clinic is a 4-day week 8am-5pm with 1-hour unpaid lunch
• Weekend Call is Fri 5pm Mon 7am on a rotation
• On call rotation with providers and on call rotation back up with APP s.
• Clinic - 18 -20 patients per day
• 35% Hem, 65% Onc

Candidate Requirements

• Board Status: BC or BE
• Candidate Requirements: Active IN State License or IMLC.
• Board Status: Board Certified or Board Eligible (Certification must be obtained within 5 years of residency).
• Flu vaccination: Required or Need Medical or religious exemption.
• Covid vaccination: Required or Need Medical or religious exemption.
• Certifications: ACLS - Required if requesting conscious sedation privileges, BLS Required for all specialties.
