Server/Bartender

Job Description

No Ka Oi is looking for a friendly, reliable Server/Bartender to join our team. This role involves providing excellent customer service, taking food and drink orders, preparing beverages, and ensuring guests have a great experience from start to finish. The ideal candidate is efficient and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Greet guests and provide attentive, friendly service
Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to recipes and standards
Maintain knowledge of the menu, specials, and drink offerings
Process payments and operate the POS system
Keep bar and service areas clean, organized, and stocked
Check IDs and follow all responsible alcohol service guidelines
Work collaboratively with kitchen and staff to ensure smooth service

Qualifications:

Previous serving or bartending experience preferred (we are willing to train the right candidate with a positive attitude and strong work ethic)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
Must be at least 21 years old
Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
