Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough Physical Therapy evaluations for clients, particularly focusing on children, to identify their specific needs and establish baselines for treatment.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address the unique challenges faced by each patient, continuously adapting approaches based on progress and feedback.
• Regularly assess clinical signs and symptoms, modifying treatment techniques as necessary to ensure each client is on track to meet their therapy goals.
• Document all evaluations, treatment progress, and adjustments promptly and accurately using our electronic record system in accordance with company policies.
• Educate patients and their families on the recovery process, empowering them with knowledge about treatment options and potential challenges.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues from other disciplines to coordinate comprehensive care for clients who may be receiving multiple services.

Compensation and Benefits
