Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist to join our team. This is a 13-week contract position that involves rotating on-call commitments, including one weeknight and one weekend each month. The position requires strong clinical skills and a commitment to patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule

The work schedule for this position is from 07:00 to 17:30.

Responsibilities

• Perform cardiovascular invasive procedures per established protocols.
• Work collaboratively with healthcare team members to provide optimal patient care.
• Maintain accurate and complete documentation of procedures and patient interactions.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Participate in ongoing education and skills development activities.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must hold current New York State registration or possess a limited permit to practice in the State of New York.
• Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
• Advanced certification as an ARRT-CV or Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS).
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Adult Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
