Job Summary:

Seeking an experienced Med Surg/Telemetry Registered Nurse for a critical access hospital. The ideal candidate will have recent clinical experience, strong skills in medical-surgical and telemetry nursing, and the ability to adapt to various clinical settings.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Provide comprehensive patient care in a medical-surgical and telemetry setting.
  
  
• 
  Float between departments as needed to support staffing demands.
  
  
• 
  Ensure all clinical documentation and patient assessments are accurate and timely.
  
  
• 
  Adhere to hospital policies, protocols, and safety standards.
  
  
• 
  Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver quality care.
  
  
• 
  Maintain compliance with licensing, certification, and continuing education requirements.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Hold a current and active RN license in the state of New Hampshire.
  
  
• 
  Possess a minimum of 2 years recent Med Surg/Tele experience.
  
  
• 
  Demonstrate proficiency in Med Surg and Telemetry nursing skills.
  
  
• 
  Be willing and able to float across units as required.
  
  
• 
  Maintain current BLS and ACLS certifications through the American Heart Association.
  
  
• 
  Have experience working in a Critical Access Hospital preferred.
