Key Responsibilities

\n

\n
• Manage all phases of ground-up multifamily construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
\n
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, contracts, procurement, and risk management
\n
• Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, consultants, and subcontractors
\n
• Lead project teams, including Assistant Project Managers and Field Leadership
\n
• Monitor project performance and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements
\n
• Review and approve change orders, submittals, RFIs, and pay applications
\n
• Maintain strong communication with all project stakeholders
\n
• Drive projects to successful completion while meeting schedule and budget objectives
\n

Requirements

\n

\n
• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred
\n
• 5+ years of Project Management experience with a General Contractor
\n
• Demonstrated experience managing ground-up multifamily construction projects in New York City
\n
• Strong knowledge of NYC construction processes, permitting, and building requirements
\n
• Experience managing project budgets, schedules, and subcontractor relationships
\n
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
\n
• Proficiency with industry-standard construction management software
\n
