Receptionist

Job Summary We are seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced office environment while providing outstanding customer service. Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour Job Type: Full-Time Schedule: Monday-Friday Location: On-Site Key Responsibilities Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a professional manner. Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls. Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries. Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference rooms as needed. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area. Perform administrative duties including filing, data entry, scanning, and document preparation. Respond to general inquiries and direct requests to the appropriate team members. Assist with office supply inventory and ordering. Maintain confidentiality of company and client information. Support office staff with additional administrative tasks and projects as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous receptionist, administrative, customer service, or office support experience preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams, is required. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills. Professional demeanor and appearance. Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
