Receptionist / Administrative Assistant

Location: Oceanside, CA Job Id: 113 # of Openings: 1 Job Title: Receptionist / Administrative Assistant Location: Oceanside, CA (In-Office) Employment Type: Full-Time Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Position Overview We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our growing insurance agency in Oceanside. This is a front-office role responsible for managing high call volume, providing excellent customer service, and supporting daily agency operations. The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Answer and manage multi-line phone system, directing calls efficiently and professionally Greet clients and provide a positive, customer-focused experience Issue Certificates of Insurance accurately and in a timely manner Assist with basic policy servicing and administrative support Manage incoming and outgoing mail, email, and office communications Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems Support agency staff with general administrative tasks Qualifications Previous receptionist or administrative experience preferred (insurance industry experience is a plus) Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively High level of attention to detail and accuracy Proficient with basic computer systems and office software Professional demeanor and reliable attendance Bilingual in Spanish is a plus What We Offer Stable, full-time position Supportive team environment Opportunity to grow within the insurance industry How to Apply Please submit your resume along with a brief summary of your experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
