Requirements: - 2+ years of experience as a Certified Surgical First Assistant - Certification: NBSTSA or NCCT (interchangeable) - License verification required for Michigan

Compliance / Notes: - Attendance policy: 3 strike rule for absences or lateness, effective 6/1/2024 - On-call requirement: 9p-7a one night a week, and one weekend a month, 7p-7a Friday, Saturday, Sunday - Holiday on-call is required
