What You'll Do As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll play a key role in connecting top technology professionals with leading organizations across the United States. Your responsibilities will include: Building relationships with clients and hiring managers Sourcing and engaging technology professionals within niche markets Managing the full recruitment process from initial client brief through to relationship management during contract periods and beyond Developing and growing your own network of clients and candidates Working towards individual sales and recruitment targets From day one, you'll receive structured training and hands-on support from experienced recruiters and leaders. 0-12 Months: Learn recruitment fundamentals and make placements with support 12-18 Months: Manage your own recruitment processes and develop a client portfolio 18+ Months: Lead key accounts, mentor others, and contribute to business growth At Reperio, progression is performance-based, meaning your success directly impacts your career advancement and earning potential.
