We’re looking for people with around 12+ months of B2B sales experience who are competitive, confident, coachable and want to build a serious career. What is an AI Recruiter? We partner with some of the fastest-growing AI and technology companies in the US, helping them hire the people they need to scale. You’ll become an expert in the AI market, working with founders, executives and sales leaders while headhunting high-performing talent from their competitors. It’s part sales, part headhunting and part relationship building. Your job is simple: build a network of exceptional people, win their trust and connect them with exceptional companies. The earning potential We want people who are motivated by progression and earning more. Year 1: $50k base | $75k+ OTE Year 2: $120k+ OTE Year 3: $150k+ OTE And there’s no ceiling. The better you become, the more you can earn. What you'll actually be doing You'll be trained to: Headhunt high-performing sales and GTM professionals Build relationships with some of the fastest-growing AI companies in the US Prospect and develop new business Speak with founders, VPs and senior executives Run candidate interviews and assess top performers Negotiate offers and close deals Build your own network and reputation within the AI industry Who we're looking for Recruitment experience isn't required. We’re much more interested in whether you have: Around 1+ year of sales experience A track record of working towards targets Confidence speaking to new people Resilience when things don't go your way The ability to take feedback and improve quickly Genuine ambition to progress and earn more You might currently be working in SaaS sales, B2B sales, business development, SDR/BDR, inside sales, account management or another target-driven environment.
