Case Manager

Security Clearance: ACTIVE TS/SCI WITH FULL SCOPE POLY REQUIRED. Our client is looking to fill a Case Manager position located in the Herndon, VA area, in support of a dynamic fast paced business office on the KODIAK program. This is a five days, 36 hour position that will focus on the workflow data management. Communication and the ability to work across organizations with other components is critical in meeting deadlines and clarifying action items. The right candidate will perform a combination of technician and case manager tasks through ad hoc requirements and must be able to work as an individual performer as well as in a team environment. The candidate must have critical thinking skills to recommend process improvements to meet customers’ needs and mission requirements. Must have the ability to manage a high volume of requests varying in complexity and excellent organizational skills. Requirements Must have strong customer service skills. Must be proficient in computer utilization. Strong interpersonal skills to maintain effective working relationships with team members and customers. Well‑developed critical thinking skills and an excellent focus on detail is a must‑have skill set. Ability to exercise discretion and pay close attention to detail. Ability to exercise sound judgment in an environment that focuses on detail and high productivity, with quality being paramount. Demonstrated on‑the‑job experience strong oral and written communication skills sufficient to compose and deliver responses to customers’ routine questions in a clear and concise manner. Perform case management duties that include creating cases, creating and maintaining physical files, documenting all correspondence and coordinating with sponsor components. Desired Skills Prior experience working with the sponsor. Qualifications / Education Bachelor Degree from an accredited institution plus at least 2 years of professional experience.
