This facility operates as a state prison delivering outpatient primary care services to an adult incarcerated population in Trenton, NJ. The facility maintains established clinical protocols and a multidisciplinary support team, including NPs and nurses, to facilitate consistent medical care delivery. Clinicians are expected to integrate primary care management into the structured framework of the correctional environment.

Clinicians will provide outpatient primary care services to an adult patient population during day shift hours at a state prison in Trenton, NJ. Clinical responsibilities include conducting patient evaluations and managing acute and chronic medical conditions, with an expected caseload of 15-20 patients per day. Call coverage is required; the clinician will serve as the 2nd on-call provider on a week-long rotation from Sunday night to Sunday day, covering all facility locations once every 2 months. The clinician will work collaboratively with NPs and nursing staff to support the care needs of the patient population.
