Are you competitive, customer-focused, and motivated by hitting goals? Mac Haik Ford is looking for a Service Business Development Center (BDC) Agent to join our growing team. If you enjoy talking with customers, staying organized, and working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

• Answer inbound service calls and make outbound calls to customers.
• Schedule service appointments while maximizing shop capacity.
• Follow up with customers through phone, text, and email.
• Confirm appointments to maintain a high show rate.
• Build value in recommended maintenance and dealership services.
• Accurately document all customer interactions in our CRM.
• Work closely with Service Advisors to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly appointment goals.
• Handle objections with confidence and professionalism.
• Maintain consistent communication with customers from initial contact through their appointment.

What We're Looking For

• Positive attitude with excellent communication skills.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
• Strong attendance, punctuality, and work ethic.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Coachable with a desire to improve every day.
• Experience preferred.
• Bilingual is a plus.
• Previous BDC, call center, customer service, or automotive experience preferred.
• We're willing to train the right person with the right attitude and drive.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to perform with minimal supervision.
• Must be dependable, professional, and committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
