Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Mending Within, your main responsibilities will include:

• Providing empathetic therapeutic support to individuals, couples, and families who face various emotional and relational difficulties.

• Conducting comprehensive assessments that accurately identify client needs and creating individualized treatment plans to facilitate their journey towards healing.

• Employing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Family Systems Therapy to guide clients toward emotional health.

• Maintaining detailed and accurate client documentation while adhering to ethical standards and legal guidelines, ensuring client confidentiality and progress tracking.

• Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team consisting of psychiatrists, social workers, and behavioral health professionals to deliver holistic care and achieve optimal client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
