Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial clinical assessments and diagnostic evaluations for new clients, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their mental health needs.

• Facilitate ongoing therapy sessions using therapeutic modalities suited for individuals, couples, and families, such as solution-focused therapy or cognitive-behavioral therapy.

• Provide ethical and accurate documentation in compliance with California legal requirements and organizational policies, including timely notes on client interactions and treatment outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• Competitive annual salary ranging between $90,000 and $100,000, commensurate with experience, plus incentives based on caseload.
