Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to better understand clients’ mental health issues, their strengths, and available support systems.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and solution-focused therapy.

• Design and implement tailored treatment plans, defining clear, achievable goals and interventions based upon assessment findings.

• Provide crisis intervention, perform risk assessments, and create safety plans to support clients during acute mental health crises.
