A leading gaming and hospitality organization is seeking an experienced Financial Analyst to partner with executive leadership and provide meaningful financial and operational insights. This is an excellent opportunity for an analytical professional who enjoys turning complex data into actionable business recommendations.
Compensation & Benefits
- $100,000–$115,000 salary

Responsibilities
- Conduct advanced financial and operational analysis.
- Prepare financial forecasts and cash-flow projections.
- Analyze labor and business-performance trends.
- Prepare annual operating and CapEx budgets.
- Identify cost savings, efficiencies and margin opportunities.
- Partner with department leaders to gather and analyze data.
- Prepare and present recommendations to executive leadership.
Qualifications
- 5+ years financial analysis experience preferred.
- 5+ years accounting experience.
- Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
- Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
- Experience with BI/reporting tools; Tableau preferred.
- Strong financial, operational and analytical capabilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Gaming/hospitality experience preferred.
- CMS, HRIS or Indian Gaming experience is a plus.
