Remote Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Position Overview We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Remote Bilingual Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support to customers in both English and a second language. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service in English and a second language through phone, email, live chat, and other communication channels. Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, services, orders, billing, and account information. Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining professionalism and empathy. Process customer requests, account updates, returns, exchanges, and service inquiries accurately. Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records within company systems. Escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate department when necessary. Follow established company policies, procedures, and customer service standards. Maintain customer confidentiality and protect sensitive information. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely issue resolution. Meet established productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction goals. Assist with administrative tasks and customer follow-up as needed. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred. Previous experience in customer service, call center, administrative support, or a related field preferred. Fluency in English and at least one additional language (written and verbal) required. Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities. Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer interactions efficiently.
