Medical Office Receptionist (FT)

: Experienced Medical Receptionist for small surgical office.

• Required to great visitors and deal with inquiries on the phone and in person.
• Supply information regarding the services of practice to the general public, clients and customers.
• Answer telephone, screen and direct calls, take and relay messages
• Ensures knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization
• General administrative and clerical support (prepare letters and documents)
• Receive and sort mail and deliveries
• Schedule appointments and maintain appointment diary either manually or electronically
• Organize meetings
• Tidy and maintain the reception area
• Log and collect copay and patient balances.
• Verify insurance benefits and assist with billing administrative duties
• Assist with medical assistant duties if/when needed

Full-time hours, Monday - Friday (no weekends) Salary: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour DOE When hired permanently benefits are:

Education:

• Associates Degree (Required)
