Dental Hygienist | Flexible Schedule (2–4 Days/Week) | $55 – $60/hr | Up to $5,000 Sign-On Bonus | Colorado Springs, CO

Alliance Family Dentistry is hiring a Registered Dental Hygienist to join our modern, high-performing team in Colorado Springs, CO. Whether you're looking for full-time hours or a part-time arrangement, we'll build a schedule around your life. We have core availability Monday through Wednesday, half-day Fridays, and flexibility across 2 to 5 days per week.

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE

• $55–$60/hour (base pay + production bonus)

• Sign-on bonus: $5,000 (full-time) | $2,500 (part-time)

• Flexible scheduling for part-time and full-time schedule

• Daily, monthly, and quarterly team bonus program

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Provide comprehensive preventive and periodontal care to a loyal, established patient base

• Deliver meaningful patient education, including oral-systemic health discussions

• Leverage Overjet AI to enhance case presentation and patient understanding

• Work alongside a skilled clinical team using advanced technology including a Solea all-tissue laser, CEREC same-day crowns, and intraoral scanners

• Collaborate closely with Dr. Colt, Dr. Howard, and Dr. Sites

• Practice to the full extent of your scope in a doctor-supported, team-first environment

• Maintain HIPAA, OSHA, and infection control standards

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Active Colorado RDH license

• CPR/BLS certification

• Experience with Open Dental, Dentrix, or similar practice management software preferred

• Strong patient communication skills and a team-oriented mindset

• Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care
