Description Clearwave Fiber is seeking an enthusiastic and results‑driven Sr. Supervisor, Direct Sales to guide and develop our sales team in the Marietta, GA area. This role requires a balance of strategic leadership and direct sales activities, making it ideal for someone who excels both in managing teams and driving personal sales performance. Location Requirement Successful candidate must live within 20–30 minutes of Marietta, GA. Job Type Full‑time. Your Mission Oversee day‑to‑day operations and performance of the Residential Sales Executive (RSE) team in the Marietta area, reporting directly to the Regional Sales Manager. Who You Are A driven leader with a passion for sales and team development. Experienced in direct sales, preferably in telecommunications or a related field. Adept at coaching, mentoring, and leading a diverse team of sales professionals. Skilled in performance management and operational efficiency. An excellent communicator, capable of partnering effectively across departments and leadership levels. Duties & Responsibilities Achieve excellence: meet and surpass team sales goals, balancing leadership responsibilities with personal sales efforts. Lead & inspire: supervise, train, and coach RSEs, fostering continuous improvement, accountability, and team success. Drive performance: deliver comprehensive performance reports and metrics to sales leadership. Build the team: recruit, interview, and hire new sales talent; mentor and develop team members. Manage employee relations: oversee employee relations, conduct performance reviews, and manage improvement plans. Collaborate for success: work closely with leadership and operations teams to manage territory assignments, track performance, and ensure accurate and timely commission payments. Be adaptable: perform additional duties as requested by market leadership. The Split Approximately 60 % of your time will be spent in the field, directly engaging with your team; the remaining 40 % will focus on strategic planning, reporting, and administrative tasks.
