Outbound Team Lead

PROMAN Staffing has partnered with a well-known Logistics warehouse in Indianapolis, IN. We are now hiring team leaders with inbound and outbound experience, who is a leader, versatile, and dependable! Team Lead 12pm-8pm, or 8am-4:30pm $23-$25 an hour Qualifications:

  • High School graduate or equivalent
  • Team lead with 1-2 years' experience
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to Read and Write
  • Good Organizational skills

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate receiving and shipping, put-away, picking, packing, and cycle counting
  • Track inbound and outbound shipments
  • Prepare, review, and process shipping documents
  • Coordinate carriers to resolve delays, shortages, or discrepancies
  • Coordinate work assignments, priorities, and workflow with the staff
  • Ensure compliance
  • Be a part of improvement initiatives, processes, and inventory accuracy
  • Resolve operational issues
  • Any other tasks as needed
