Job Summary The Director of Sales will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets. This role will involve developing sales strategies, setting sales goals, and overseeing the sales process to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field required; Master's degree preferred. Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with at least 5 years of experience in a senior sales position. Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop sales teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients. Demonstrated ability to analyze sales data and trends to make strategic business decisions. Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools. Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and targets. Lead, mentor, and coach the sales team to drive performance and meet sales objectives. Analyze sales data and metrics to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop lead generation strategies and campaigns. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
