Our client, a leader in manufacturing and production, is seeking a Press Cell Production to join their team. As a Press Cell Production, you will be part of the Extrusion department supporting manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving that will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Press Cell Production Location: Alexandria, MN Pay Range: $20+/hourShift: C Shift: Thursday: 12:30 PM - 6:30 PM, Friday - Sunday: 6:30 AM - 6:30 PM

- Exhibit active leadership to model and support the company's vision and strategies
- Build and maintain strong relationships within the department to support team success
- Ensure the department has the necessary tools and resources for efficient operations
- Provide leadership and support to extrusion department team members
- Apply continuous improvement techniques to optimize department processes
- High School Diploma/ GED required
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data and implement process improvements
- Commitment to maintaining a clean and organized work environment using 5S principles
