Temp Administrative Assistant
The Judge Group
The Judge Group is currently seeking a Temporary Administrative Assistant to support a government contracting organization until November 1, 2026.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Greeting and directing all incoming visitors
- Ensuring that visitors sign in as required
- Assisting in meeting/catering requests
- Monitoring AgilQuest reservations
- Issue loaner IT equipment
- Distribute and track visitor access cards
- Escort vendors as needed
- Monitor inventory and distribute office supplies as needed
- Stock office supplies upon receipt
- Replenish kitchen supplies as needed
- Ensuring the office is maintained and any issues are reported
- Accept and distribute incoming mail/packages as needed
