Forklift Operator
Location: El Paso, TX, US, 79935
Work days/Shift Hours if applicable: Monday - Thursday 1:00PM - Finish, Friday 12:00PM - Finish, Sunday 11:00AM -Finish (Tuesday and Saturday Off)
Compensation: Starting pay ranges from $16.50 to $20.48 per hour, based on experience. Additional earning opportunities may include performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, referral bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.
General Purpose: Responsible for moving product or materials in a production or warehouse environment using powered tools and vehicles.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Operate industrial vehicles and equipment.
- Transport raw materials, full goods and/or finished goods to designated area.
- Load and unload designated trailers and/or route trucks.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies and procedures.
- Move product and/or materials manually as required.
Qualifications:
- High School or GED preferred.
- 0-3 years of general work experience required.
- 1+ years prior warehouse/stocking/forklift experience preferred.
- Previous experience within high-speed industrial environment a plus.
- Ability to operator a manual/powered pallet jack or lift product.
- Demonstrated attention to detail.
- Forklift certification is required.
