West Monroe is seeking a meticulous and organised individual to join our team as a Records Keeper . This is a full-time , fully remote position, offering a fantastic opportunity for a candidate with a keen eye for detail and a passion for maintaining order. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining the company's records, ensuring their accuracy, security, and accessibility. You will play a crucial role in our information management strategy, supporting the smooth operation of our business processes. The offered compensation for this role is $22 - $26 USD per hour .

Responsibilities

* Develop, maintain, and manage both digital and physical filing systems in a systematic and logical manner.
* Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and quality of all company records throughout their lifecycle.
* Process, scan, and index documents, ensuring they are correctly categorised and easily retrievable.
* Manage the archival and secure disposal of records in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
* Respond to internal requests for information and records promptly and accurately.
* Implement and adhere to data protection and confidentiality guidelines to safeguard sensitive information.
* Conduct regular audits of the records system to ensure compliance, identify discrepancies, and suggest improvements.
* Assist with projects related to the digitisation and migration of records to new systems.

Qualifications

* Proven experience in records management, data administration, or a similar administrative role.
* Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* A high level of accuracy and an unwavering attention to detail.
* Proficient in using the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiar with document management software.
* A strong understanding of data confidentiality principles and best practices.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* The ability to work independently and proactively in a remote setting.
* A-levels or equivalent qualification; a degree in a relevant field such as Information Management or Business Administration is desirable but not essential.
