We are currently seeking dependable Machine Operators to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment in Jacksonville. The ideal candidate will have previous experience operating production machinery, working with industrial equipment, and following safety and quality procedures.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced manufacturing professional looking for stable, full-time work with a company that values safety, productivity, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

Operate and monitor manufacturing machinery and production equipment
Set up machines according to production specifications
Load and unload materials from machinery
Inspect products for quality and ensure production standards are met
Make basic machine adjustments as needed
Monitor equipment for proper operation and report mechanical issues
Use hand tools and measuring equipment as required
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all company safety policies and OSHA guidelines
Complete production paperwork and documentation accurately
Meet daily production and quality goals
Work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced industrial environment

Qualifications

Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience preferred
Experience working in a production or industrial environment
Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions
Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
Ability to safely handle materials and operate production equipment
Strong attendance and reliability are required
Must be able to work the assigned shift and overtime when needed
Ability to work safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience as a Machine Operator, Production Operator, Manufacturing Operator, Line Operator, Equipment Operator,or Industrial Worker are encouraged to apply.
