This is an excellent opportunity to work for a growing company that values teamwork, professionalism, and resident satisfaction.Why Join RichSmith Management?RichSmith Management is an Equal Opportunity Employer offering a comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees, including:Medical Benefits beginning the 1st of the month following 30 days of employmentHealth, Dental & Vision InsuranceFlexible Spending Accounts (FSA/HSA)401(k) Retirement PlanPaid Time OffPaid HolidaysCareer advancement opportunitiesSupportive team environmentKey ResponsibilitiesAs an Apartment Service Technician, you will:Perform daily maintenance and repairs throughout the community.Complete resident service requests promptly and professionally.Prepare vacant apartments for new residents, including make-ready repairs.Perform preventative maintenance on apartments, buildings, and equipment.Maintain the appearance of the community, including grounds and common areas.Assist with pool operation and maintenance, where applicable.Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance, and carpentry issues.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe maintenance shop.Participate in the community's 24-hour emergency on-call rotation.Deliver outstanding customer service while interacting with residents and team members.Perform additional duties as assigned.QualificationsRequired:Minimum 1 year of multifamily maintenance experience with an emphasis on repairs, maintenance, and customer service.General knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, carpentry, and HVAC systems.Excellent customer service and communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Must be available to participate in an on-call rotation.Preferred:HVAC or EPA Certification.Pool operation and maintenance experience.Physical RequirementsAbility to lift up to 75 pounds.Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, squat, twist, and work in confined spaces.Ability to climb ladders and stairs.Ability to reach overhead for extended periods.Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.Join Our TeamIf you're a dependable maintenance professional looking for a rewarding opportunity with a growing company, we'd love to hear from you.Apply today and become part of the maintenance team at Sunset Estates of Jonesboro!
